The most famous waterfalls in Morocco - the cascades D’Ouzoud, lie at the foot of the High Atlas mountains
The waterfalls are best seen as the snow melt runs down from the High Atlas in early summer. However they are worth seeing at any time. This excursion runs from Marrakech in the morning, to see the waterfalls and then spend some time there for a picnic lunch (a cool haven in summer) before returning to Marrakech via the pomegranate orchards of Demnate.
